Miranda “Mindy” Piroonhapat

Mindy Piroonhapat joined TrueNorth Capital Partners as an Analyst in August 2022 after receiving a B.S. in Finance and Computing & Data Science from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Mindy holds her Series 79 and Series 63 securities licenses.

During her tenure at the firm, Mindy works directly with Managing Directors and senior client executives in the valuation and execution of domestic and cross-border sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, private placements and financing restructurings.
