Andrew Bostian

Andrew Bostian is a Managing Director at Scout Valuations LLC, the valuation arm of TrueNorth Capital Partners, LLC. Andrew has decades of experience in the business valuation field. Andrew’s comprehensive understanding of financial analysis, economic trends, and market dynamics enables the delivery of insightful valuations for all matter of purposes, including succession planning, general business planning, estate and gift tax reporting, litigation (such as shareholder disputes, divorce, lost earnings, and damages), loan underwriting, charitable contributions, and financial reporting. Andrew has been qualified to testify or has been deposed on valuation matters in a number of jurisdictions.

Andrew also supports multinational companies with transfer pricing consultation and studies. Transfer pricing services include preparing annual documentation studies, planning studies, and country-by-country reports and master files; providing the economic framework for Advance Pricing Agreements; responding to Information Document Requests from the IRS related to transfer pricing issues; and representing clients before IRS auditors and appeals.

Prior to joining Scout Valuations in 2024, Andrew was a Principal at an accounting firm ranked in the Top 10 of Accounting Today’s Top 100 Firms List, a Partner in New England’s largest regional accounting firm, and a Senior Economist at a boutique consulting firm located in Washington, DC.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lafayette College and a master’s degree in Taxation from Northeastern University.
