Cristian Lazzarino

Cristian Lazzarino joined TrueNorth Capital Partners as an Analyst in July 2024. In his role, Cristian collaborates closely with Managing Directors and senior client executives, focusing on the valuation and execution of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including both sell-side and buy-side engagements.

Before joining TrueNorth full-time, Cristian gained valuable experience as an M&A Analyst intern at Bluespring Wealth Partners, where he contributed to various deal processes and strategic initiatives. Cristian earned his B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Colgate University.

He is currently a candidate for his Series 79 and Series 63 securities licenses.
