Yuka Kimoto

Yuka Kimoto is a Managing Director of TrueNorth Capital Partners LLC. Ms. Kimoto is a result-driven versatile financial professional with a proven track record in investment banking, corporate development, and consulting, leveraging her expertise in both financial and business analysis, transaction structuring and business negotiations to deliver strategic solutions. Prior to joining TrueNorth Capital Partners, she worked as Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Lion Elastomers, a leading synthetic elastomer producer in North America, being involved in various business development initiatives and capital projects. Prior to joining Lion Elastomers, Ms. Kimoto was with Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), and other Japanese investment banks for nearly 10 years, worked on various debt/equity capital market transactions, with a focus on cross-border M&A transactions for the energy (LNG projects, midstream natural gas projects) and chemical sectors. Ms. Kimoto participated in a range of projects with TrueNorth’s founding partners while she was at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA). She started her career as a consultant at Accenture’s Tokyo office and worked on numerous international IT projects for the financial services sector. Yuka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in linguistics from Osaka University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Yuka holds the Series 63 and Series 79 securities licenses.
