David Meranze is based in Chicago, in the heart of the Midwest, which is a region known for its manufacturing and basic industrial businesses. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and educated at Yale University and Beijing University, David has spent the better part of the last 20 years in Hong Kong and mainland China. Since joining TrueNorth, David has spent over three months in China, meeting with over 50 companies from a variety of industries. With regular stops in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Hong Kong and a number of second tier cities, David has the physical access, political relationships and deep industry contacts to serve the many cross-border needs of TrueNorth’s clients.
