Stamford, CT, June 2019: TrueNorth Capital Partners LLC is pleased to announce that Matthew Andrejkovics (Chemicals and Specialty Materials Vertical) has joined the firm as a Director.

Matt will be focusing on originating and executing both sell-side and buy-side Merger and Acquisition transactions in the chemical and industrial industries.

Based in our head office in Stamford, CT, Matt will seek to leverage the combination of his Chemicals coverage experience with TrueNorth Capital Partners’ extensive experience in executing domestic and international M&A engagements.

Matt’s broad career experience includes; public accounting, small business management, M&A and restructuring advisory, as well as equity research.

Previously, Matt was part of an Institutional Investor-ranked research team at Morgan Stanley, where his focus was on the chemical industry and various chemical companies.

From 2009 to 2013, he worked with his family business in the travel and tourism industry as an owner/operator and focused on business development and internal process improvement. From 2006 to 2009 he worked with the founders of TrueNorth at Knox & Co., a middle-market M&A and restructuring advisory firm. Prior to Knox, Matt worked in a finance role at Bank of America and began his career in the audit group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (now PwC).

Matt is a FINRA registered representative and holds Series 7, 63, 86 & 87 licenses. In addition, he is a licensed CPA in the State of New York.

Matt has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
