TrueNorth advises Keiaisha Co., Ltd. on its sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary KI (USA) Corporation
Stamford, CT, November, 2024: TrueNorth Capital Partners LLC (“TrueNorth”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TNCP, LLC (“TrueNorth”) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Keiaisha Co., Ltd. (“Keiaisha”), based in Tokyo Japan, on its sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary KI (USA) Corporation (“KI-USA”) located in Berea, KY. The sale also includes KI-USA’s Mexican subsidiary located in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. KI-USA specializes in medium-sized metal stamped and welded assemblies with electrodeposition coating. The company directly serves major North American OEM customers which include Nissan and Volkswagen, as well as Tier 1 suppliers to Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Mazda, and Ford.
American Industrial Acquisition Corporation (“AIAC”) acquired KI-USA through its newly formed entity, KI Holding Company Inc. AIAC is a diversified industrial group with manufacturing and distribution sites in 24 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia and this acquisition for AIAC reflects its long-term commitment to advanced automotive component manufacturing.
