(“Boulter”) on its sale to Boulter Industrial Services Parent, LLC, a portfolio company of Sopris Capital Private Equity Associates, LLC (“Sopris Capital”).

Founded in 1892, Boulter Industrial Contractors, Inc evolved from a local moving and crating business into a leader in industrial rigging, heavy hauling, warehousing, crating & packaging, plant relocations, production line installation and preventative maintenance. Boulter’s client base spans food and beverage, universities, hospitals, and other industrial sectors, reflecting a broad and resilient market position. Boulter’s core service area encompasses the greater Rochester region along with the adjacent ten counties.

Sopris Capital acquired Boulter through its newly formed portfolio company Boulter Industrial Services Parent, LLC. Sopris Capital is an investment firm located in Dallas, TX, investing in the critical systems economy in the United States.
